🧡 Papaya Halwa Recipe (Step by Step)

Papaya halwa ek aisa desi meetha hai jo dikhne mein simple lagta hai, lekin taste mein sabko surprise kar deta hai. Jo papaya hum roz fruit ke roop mein khate hain, wahi jab ghee, doodh aur elaichi ke saath pakta hai, to ek soft, melt-in-mouth halwa ban jata hai.

Papaya Halwa Recipe (Step by Step)

Ingredients:

  • Papaya (paka hua) – 2 cup (grated ya mashed)

  • Ghee – 3–4 tbsp

  • Sugar – ½ cup (taste ke hisaab se kam-zyada)

  • Milk – ½ cup

  • Cardamom powder (elaichi) – ½ tsp

  • Cashew + Almond (katte hue) – 2 tbsp

  • Raisins (kishmish) – 1 tbsp

How To make Papaya Halwa

Step 1: Papaya taiyar karein

  • Paka hua papaya chhilka aur beej nikal kar grate kar lein
    (ya mixer mein halka mash kar sakte hain)

  • Dhyan rahe papaya bilkul ripe ho


Step 2: Ghee garam karein

  • Heavy bottom kadhai ya pan mein 3–4 tbsp ghee daalein

  • Medium flame par ghee garam hone dein

Step 3: Papaya bhunein

  • Ab grated papaya ghee mein daal dein

  • Lagatar chalate hue 8–10 minute tak bhunein

  • Jab papaya ka pani sookh jaye aur halka ghee chhodne lage, tab next step

Step 4: Milk add karein

  • Ab ½ cup milk daalein

  • Achhe se mix karein aur 5–7 minute pakne dein

    • Sugar dalte hi halwa thoda patla hoga
